Return Policy :

If you are experiencing an issue with your carrier; including proper usage or fit, please contact CustomerService@mybabynest.com or call 877-692-2296 before returning. Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you and recommend the best solution.

If you purchased your item(s) through a retailer other than My Baby Nest, please contact them for returns and exchanges. MBN cannot refund orders that were purchased from another retailer. However, if you have a defective item that needs replacement you may contact My Baby Nest directly at 877-692-2296 or email: Customer Service at: CustomerService@mybabynest.com. Thank you.

All items returned must be received within 30 days of purchase. Items MUST be in new sellable condition; with the original packaging. Items deemed worn, unsellable or received after 30 days of purchase will be returned to the sender.

Orders made directly through My Baby Nest:

1. Make sure packing slip and return form is completed and included in package. Returns without packing slips will not be able to be processed and will be returned.
2.Mark the reason for the return. Please indicate your exact request.
3.Send the item in its original packaging.
4.Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
5.Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. MBN is not responsible for items lost during shipping.
