At My Baby Nest, safety has always been one of our main concerns, as we are parents too! We are proud to share that we are CPSIA 2008 compliant. Be assured that the Baby Nest Carrier has been tested for all of the CPSIA requirements (such as lead, phthalates, and flammability) and has received certification.
And we've gone one step further. The Baby Nest Carrier has also been tested for all European safety standards! We are honored to have received this certification for EU Safety Standards (EN-13209-2 Standard 2005). The Baby Nest Carrier was load tested for all positions, durability, construction, washing, small parts, and sharp point edges. Please have confidence that you are buying a safe, reliable product for you and your baby.
We would be happy to share our General Conformity Certificate at your request. Simply email us at info@mybabynest.com. Or, feel free to call us at 877-692-2296 with any questions/concerns. Thank you, and happy baby-wearing!

The Baby Nest carrier is a soft, strong and flexible sling designed without buckles for safety and absolute comfort. We manufactured the Baby Nest sling from innovative new fabric with rigorous strength and safety criteria, including all double stitching. It is two solid loops of durable, high-strength material that cannot come untied by accident.
The sling is easy to wear; evenly distributing the weight over your entire back and shoulders reducing the pressure on your lower back and shoulders.
Before wearing the Baby Nest sling you are responsible for reading and following the instructions and warnings included with your carrier. Failure to do so can result in serious injury to your child if you or your child suffer from medical condition, please consult your doctor before using.
